The vehicle I received was terrible and unsafe to drive. There were 3 cracks on the windshield and grew larger by the day as I drove on the highway. I was genuinely terrified of the glass collapsing. The car had no windshield wiper fluid and literally had to pull over to clean the windshield cause I couldnt see. The vehicle kept alerting me it needed an oil change which was very annoying on a 12 hour drive back and forth away from home. The back seat was absolutely disgusting with sticky liquid spilled, and splatters of fluid along the seats and the cupholders in the back seat. the back seat sun visor on the rear drivers side window was broken. The car must not have been cleaned at all before I received this car and it was extremely disappointing. As I returned the vehicle, staff did nothing with my complaints and did not care at all that I had a terrible experience. Will not be renting through budget again.

I tried picking up the car from your snotty customer care representative at the airport they were a very rude inept individual. Do they represent your values??? Nowhere did it say I needed a credit card to pick up the car I already paid for. I will begin by leaving a very poor review of your business (Done), My consultants will be instructed not to use your services anymore and I will enlighten my counterparts to avoid Budget and Avis at all cost. I spent 4 hours round trip and untold money in gas to pickup the car that was supposed to be awaiting me. A full refund will be the initial order of business then we can start compensatory discussions.
