The girl that helped me was knowledgeable and friendly. We discussed flea options for my dog. Everything for monthly treatment to shampoo to ointment for sores. She even mentioned that the salon can provide a flea service with an oatmeal bath that can be booked by calling or scheduled online. I will definitely go back!

We went to petco on Friday to pick up food for our lizard and dog food. Dog food way more expensive then Walmart the same brand and size. Went looking for super worms for our bearded dragon and most of all the containers were dead or had turned to Beatles. We decided to det there horned worm 6 pack by the time Monday morning rolls around went to go check on them and all but 1 was dead very displeased on the stock rotation and checking there products to see if they should even be sold. Plain and simple just lazy and when I mentioned it to the cashier she didn't seemed surprised and commented how they probably havnt been checking again. So this is a common issue 🤔

I placed an order for 2 tanks, I go get them and asked for help loading the one 40 gallon I got. The lady at the front desk was incredibly rude. She acted like I had to get it on my own as she didnt have the 30 seconds to help me. Those tanks weigh, I have a have a bum arm and can't lift anyways. As she called for someone, she said 'well I can man handle those on my own'. Just absurdly b*itchy and rude. Absolutely not needed and will never be coming to the Pekin location again.

Went to Petco today because my son said he wanted to buy some gerbils so we went there to see what they had. The girl working there was very helpful and explaining to us how gerbils are happier when they're paired up. She was very knowledgeable and we appreciated the information that she gave us. Always love seeing the animals that they have here and prices are great too especially Black Friday deals!
