This is the best vintage store in LA and probably the planet. The best people, the best service, and all of the clothes are in a consistently awesome state. There’s also a section with designer clothes from the last decade or so- perfect for when you missed out on an iconic runway piece from the past few years. The home section is well curated- I’ve purchased a great chandelier and other decor that I’m super happy with. They go above and beyond to provide true service and no one has more new amazing things as often as Recess does. A small business gem in LA ❤️❤️

The owner and her team have a dazzling taste to choose, not only designer labels but also superb pieces from designers around the world, which may not be as know in the United States, but whose work and craftsmanship is terrific.
