Amazing dealership! Paired with Dylan when I ordered my Mach-E and was my main point of contact when I had specific requests or even random questions. I appreciate his honesty and how realistic he was for when my car was getting made and being shipped. Chris, in finance helped us with all my warranties that I wanted and didn’t push when I said no to certain protections I didn’t want. Was honest and told me the uncertainties of life and the car which in turn put a great perspective on warranties (don’t cheap out and get them!)

The good news is ... my car was fixed under warranty. The bad news is ... the service team lacks communication even the Service Director never returned my call. There is always room for improvement. 1. When a driver pulls up to the service drive, acknowledgement should be made. I actually had to walk up to a tech and ask for assistance, this should never be the case. 2. Professionalism is always a must. 3. A 'people-first' attitude should also be present. To The service team, it wouldn't hurt to create loyal customers through good customer service with a focus on increased profits, increase conversion, improved public image. And don't forget service with a smile. Remember, customers provide positive endorsements and research shows that people often make purchasing decisions based on recommendations. Not the best service experience. Wouldn't hurt this dealership to start making some changes surrounding their customer service mindset.

I was in search of the ever popular Cactus Gray Ford Bronco Sport. Many dealerships were limited or had applied outrageous " Dealership Mark Up" prices.
