I had to switch doctor for the last 2 years due to my insurance. I called and spoke with Janet to get some information and she informed me that I was able to come back. I was so happy. I called and scheduled my appointment with Janet and it was a few weeks out. She called me back that day to say they had a cancellation and I was able to go on the next day. Janet had been a saving grace. She has been so kind and caring with my care. She is knowledgeable at her job and always willing yo help. It makes such a big difference to have someone to hat is willing to help.

Excellent service. Dr. Florin is very attentive and caring. He listened to all of my concerns and answered any questions I had. You can tell he cares a lot about his patients. The office staff is amazing. Highly recommend.

Dr Florin is great but office team is unorganized and unwilling to accommodate urgent critical situations. Received two calls to set up an early morning appointment today to address a recent diagnosis that has legal considerations immediately. Called to confirm teleconference 10 minutes after scheduled time since they hadn’t called yet and they informed us the appointment was in 3 weeks. NO COMPASSION OR UNDERSTANDING for their patients or needs. Staff did not care about the situation nor tried to accommodate simply just kept saying Dr Florin is not in on Friday’s and you have the next available appointment. So, if you have a chance of potentially needing assistance before a 3 week lead time you may want to look elsewhere. UPDATE: The office called and made arrangements for an appointment on Monday in 3 days and it’s much appreciated. The situation we are dealing with is very stressful and appreciate their further consideration and ultimate accommodation.
