I challenge anyone to find a better craft brewery of this size anywhere. This one is in the middle of a corn field and the family has spent a lot of thought in the reconditioning of an old dairy barn into a brewery. Lincoln the brewmaster spent many hours investigating his passion with other Chicago area brewers before opening his families brewery. The beers are top notch with plenty of varieties. Food trucks are there most every night. Staff is very friendly and the family is always ready to talk with patrons.

Lovely patio, for outdoor seating that should be usable for a good part of the winter and really enjoyed the new barrel aged release as well as the unusual but tasty PlowHorse black IPA!

Great little Illinois farm brewery. Very picturesque place to have a beer on the back patio in the hop field. Fast friendly service, and tasty beers. The IPA's are especially good. Worth a detour on the back roads, getting there is half the fun.
