One of the worst Pilot they pump down that wasn't even the issue go to take a team shower and reserved a parking for no reason cause they have no staff to clean the showers!!!! So what was the point of reserving a parking if no one was going to check any ways.. so couldn't take a shower until 6am because they have no staff 😕 to clean the showers I offered to clean my self and would aloud it horrible!!!!! Place...... wish I can give no star in reality!!!!

Trashy and dirty showers where nasty and dirty staff is very unprofessional and seem to give anyone off the streets a job I’m not speaking for all pilots but this location is something else and don’t expect a clean shower nor bathroom they are both very nasty and you should worry about catching hepatitis if you don’t use caution I’m a loyal pilot customer but not every location is created equal and this one is about as bad as it gets. The pictures I posted are of the shower I got good thing I get free showers because this was not worth paying for.

It's such a shame that you charge us for parking and can't even have air pumps for us. You already make a fortune off of us on the sorry selection of food and drinks . How much more money do you have to take from hard working truckers? Do better Pilot!
