On a recent Saturday at 4:45 pm, we had just gotten through busy south of Chicago traffic in a 2014 F150 and a new 20' Four Winns boat we had just picked up in Michigan. We were headed back to SD with our new boat. We realized we had no brake pressure and carefully limped into the rest area just west of Joliet. We discovered the right rear brake caliper was just hanging by the brake line with the piston missing, inboard brake pad missing, and brake fluid gushing out. Remember it is near 5:00 on a Saturday! TMF came up # 1 on our Google search and they had 70 some 5 star reviews so we called. To make this long story short, Dan from TMF was there in 45 minutes, replaced our caliper and pads, bled the system, and had us on our way in less than 3 hours at a fair price. We would recommend this business in a heartbeat! Thank you for the great service Dan!

On Wednesday December 29, 2021, on Interstate 80 (adjacent to Three Rivers Rest Area) in Minooka, Illinois, our 1994 Mercury Villager (minivan) shut-down. I called Marvin's Motor City, and Marvin recommended TMF Auto Roadside Assistance, 11430 North Tabler Road [60447], owned by Daniel Tucker. I called Daniel Tucker, and Dan recommended Anderson's Towing Service: For only $100, Anderson's Towing transported the minivan and us to Dan's place. Dan began immediately performing tests and diagnosing the engine. Plus Dan drove me to a local restaurant, to wait and sip coffee, while Dan worked on the vehicle. Dan correctly diagnosed the problem and quickly got the engine running: It was a damaged rotor and distributor cap. Dan's skill and proficiency is superior to any other mechanic I've ever met. Excellent service from Tmf. They provided great communication to setup the pickup of my Tesla. The tow truck operator, Dan, contacted me a half hour prior to arriving. Dan was able to get my car on and off the flatbed without issue. He was very professional and friendly. Thank you for the great experience!

Dan is awesome! Very professional, prompt and pleasant to talk to. The ride to my destination was full of laughter. He gave me suggestions on places to visit near my new neighborhood (just moved here) and even offered to help with finding a good mechanic.
