I would never go to this Dunkin again in my life, a bunch of young untrained ghetto kids. I use to love this DD. If I could give it 0 stars I would. I went and places an online order, coffee had a weired taste i told the young worker, she looked at me like she did not want to take it back to remake it she said its nothing wrong she made it the way you asked. I said its the coffe it tasted weired after about 3min of back and fourth she finally took the cup, i told her if i have a problem why the back and forth with customer. She remade drink out of same batch it taste worse i told her she got smart and ignorant called to talk to a manager all the kids that work there playing on the phone I just over it never again.

My son and I were fresh from the hospital and the kindness they showed us and patients will not be forgotten . The pesto sandwich was much better and fresh and hot ..unlike some other stores . We both enjoyed our meals and appreciated the understanding as we had both injuries and our communication skills were in need . great staff and was clean fresh and hot . Paula deserves a raise and a promotion in this company . Excellent customer service !! Thank you Dunkin always good

I took my elderly mother to this DD. We stood at the counter for 3-4 mins with no help. Decided to go to the restroom. When we came out we were told that they could not take our order, that we would have to go through the drive-thru because the cash register was not working. He had JUST finished with a customer.?? I said can’t you take nay order and ring it up on the drive thru register? He said that is what the drive thru is for. Terrible service. We left and went to Starbucks. .

My significant other and I went through the drive thru tonight at 6pm we had asked for our coffee through the drive thru and there was two young ladies working. They were chatting making our drinks we waited 5 minutes for our drinks. I had wanted to ask Ariana a question about the coffee and she rolled her eyes at me rudly and didn't respond to what I had to say. My significant other in the driver's seat had told her "have a good day!" Ariana rolled her eyes and didn't respond and my significant other told her she didn't like her attitude and had called the store for a manager and she had answered and asked why and my significant other had said Because the girl in the drive thu had an attitude and she didn't say anything and another young girl got on the phone and had told my significant other the manager would be in at 1 aclock and my significant other said okay and hung up. FYI! There is no manager who is going to be in at a store at 1 aclock. I have managers I work with and they are never in at 1 aclock. If so we will be giving a call around 1 aclock to see how accurate it is. Thanks for reading this and hope you guys fix this situation.

I got to the same two dunkin donuts same thing happens to me especially on the Larkin avenue and Jefferson Street dunkin' donuts everyday my orders are wrong same thing goes for the one on Jefferson I ordered a caramel iced coffee with cream and liquid sugar and I got ice coffee with just caramel, cream and sugar I could not take the coffee at all both of these locations do not listen to the customers
The manager only hires 16 and up.
