This is on my way to my job, if I could I would go to the one on kedzie and 55th, but it’s out of the way. I’m not one to complain especially because I’ve worked for customer service, I know how it is, and i know people can make mistakes.. Every time I order something now THE ORDER IS ALWAYS MESSED UP. Either there drive thru speaker /headphones is broken, or every person that takes my order can’t hear well. And i have a pretty loud voice. If I walk in, they take forever. and they never ask for my name so when they shout out my order I’m always cautious I don’t get the wrong drink. I would come to this Starbucks before there was no problem.. but recently on several ocasiones I have not been pleased whatsoever when I leave from there. I’m not one to go back and complain, so here I am leaving a truthful review. I prefer to go out of my way and go to 55th and kedzie at this point.

Only because I saw the barista put whole milk not heavy whipping cream in drink (white lady). Do you think you could fool or think I wouldn’t notice. Better to tell the person than to sneak.

No idea who works after 9pm but when I went there she told me they were out of everything refreshers Frappuccinos I belive she was just to lazy to make it being pregnant and having a crazy craving hearing that the only thing I can get is black coffee made me upset will never go back to this location again

Great location. Used as a waiting area for a airport pickup. The staff was friendly and prompt.
