The larger washers have been broken since 2020 and the ones left standing are starting to break down. Not one has been fixed. It's clean and the staff is friendly, I like coming here. But please fix the washers.

I had been coming to this laundromat since my daughter was about 7(she is 15 now) never had any issues til I came back recently. Most of the machines are out of order. I put $2 dollars worth of quarters in a dryer that I had faith would dry my items while I ran back to my house down the street. I came back after 30 mins. and my items were still wet. It never even got warm. And no one was around to give me my money back. They need new machines period. The machines don't work like they use to.

Although the place is always clean and neat, whenever I come, there has never been anyone working inside. The bathrooms are always locked and no one is available to unlock them, or to give change when the machines are broken or empty, or refund money lost in broken machines. This is very disappointing to not have anyone there to help - EVER!

Nice location, decent washer and dryer mixture. Only take aways is the larger and more convenient washer are out of service since forever and the location is fairly clean but, various machines are out of order. ATM- out of order, alternate bill changer- out of order, which gives me that sinking feeling that if the other one goes out of order, it's a huge inconvenience. All in all, it's a very decent laundromat in a beautiful neighborhood.
