I would've given them 0 start but that is not possible. The employees work there are incompetent. That's not their fault. They probably hire bunch of inexperienced people for low wage. My dad signed a release for me to talk to them on his behalf. I signed it in front of their director. They misplaced the file and found it later on. The director is very rude and she kept telling me that she would release my dad. When I told her that's fine there are other practices who would love to take the insurance money she got soft very fast.

I’m just trying to make an appointment and I’ve been calling since 2:30 pm and their system said their was only one person ahead of me. It’s now 3:45 pm and they still don’t answer. I guess they don’t wanna help out someone since closing time is at 4 pm .

WORST CLINIC EVER !! DONT WASTE UR TIME HERE ! MY KIDS ARE ASSIGN WITH DOCTOR MUÑOZ AND LET ME TELL YOU WE HAVE NEVER MEET THAT DOCTOR ! NURSES ARE VERY RUDE THEY DONT EVEN TRY TO HELP YOU OUT AND TO MAKE AND APPOINTMENT YOU WILL HAVE TO WAIT ABOUT 2 MONTHS ! AND NO WALK INS!! THEIR EXCUSES ARE BECAUSE OF COVID BUT IN REALITY ITS BEEN LIKE THIS WAY BEFORE COVID! I HAVE BEEN COMING TO THIS CLINIC SINCE I HAD MY FIRST CHILD IN 2014 N AT FIRST IT WAS GREAT BUT THINGS CHANGE SINCE 2017 ! OH MIND YOU YOU WILL WAIT FOR ABPUT 1 OR 2 HRS TO BE SEEN BY A DOCTOR AND WHEN YOU FINALLY SEE THE DOCTOR IN ABOUT 5 MIN U ARE OUT U WAIT MORE TO SEE A DOCTOR THAN ACTUALLY BE SEEN BY A DOCTOR !

This place is terrible, the staff are terrible, don’t recommend coming here if you wish to have a nice experience or even care for your baby. Doctors are rude and make unethical remarks about situations leading to a pregnancy. Most unprofessional people to have jobs and should really take a seat and think to themselves what went wrong in their lives for them to have such terrible attitudes and unenthusiastic personality’s in a career where it’s most important. If I could give 0 stars I would place should be gone.
