It took thm an hour to do an oil change. And when the truck was done they didn't notify us until we went and ask, and the guy said its done we just need a driver to move the car behind it (like in a bad mood ). We were like good thing we went to ask if not we would of been there for another hour. 👎👎👎👎👎

Horrible horrible Service! They broke my Audi engine cover and to top it off they did not tighten my engine oil cap! I called and told them and they said they don't touch that, but my cover was not broken and did not have oil and fingerprints of oil on it before I came in. I Saw that my engine oil filter housing is now leaking? Did they even put a new filter on???!! I took a picture when I Got inside the waiting room and when I got inside my car. They only took 17 MINUTES to do my oil change? Usually they take 45-1 HOUR here at this EXACT Location.Very STRANGE!!! And they make you wait for the oil filter that they don't have and make you waste your time. I will check my oil filter today and make sure it even got "Replaced" . I was not visually seeing them do any service that's why it was probably "Done" so Fast. If I were to have seen all the negative reviews on this place before I came I would have never showed up. This changed my whole perspective and will probably NEVER EVER use jiffy lube again. if they did not know how to service a foreign vehicle then they shouldn't have took it in. I DO NOT RECCOMEND GETTING ANY SERVICE HERE!

Honestly, unless I got the best crew, (on Otis street in the City of Cudahy) I would go to these guys. They are a lil more than it usual "Drive-Thru Pay, Pump and Go" but it seems fine due to there always being a highly effective team ready to work. They found stuff on my 454 engine and were ready to fix it. They were extremely accommodating and respectful.

Usually a quick and great service but this last time the person at the desk which I believe is the manager .. was just standing there on ig while multiple cars were ready including mine .. took about 15 to 20 min after car was do e for him come call up and charge.
