I had a basic car wash done on my Nissan Sentra. As I’m waiting inside while they dry the car off the worker comes inside and ask for the owner of the Sentra. The worker tells me he mistakenly broke one of the trunk hinges/struts. I went to look for myself and indeed it was broke. Trunk would not close due to broken strut. I reported it to the cashier and gave the worker name who admittedly caused damage to my car. The cashier tells me it was probably due to wear and tear. I requested to speak to the owner. Owner was not there at that time. I left my contact info for owner to contact me regarding damage. This happened back in December 2021 which I still have yet not spoken to the owner. I’ve talked with 3 different workers who stated they gave my contact info to the owner whom I’m told is Kamran. He has not reached out to me not once to resolve the issue. I’ve paid for the repair back in December and decided not to do business with them anymore. It’s sad knowing they have cameras to confirm the damage but management or ownership won’t do what’s right.

THIS CAR WASH IS A SCAM!!!!! THEY DO NOT REALLY DETAIL LIKE THEY SAY THEY DO. THEY CHARGED ME $190 AND ONLY WET MY SEATS. MY CAR WAS STILL DIRTY. THEY DID NOT CLEAN ANYTHING. THEY STOLE MY BELONGINGS OUT MY CAR TOO! WHEN I ASKED FOR HALF THE MONEY BACK SHE REFUSED. I SHOULD HAVE READ REVIEWS BECAUSE OTHER PEOPLE SAID THE SAME THING. I POSTED PICS OF AFTER THE SUPPOSED DETAIL. DASH STILL HAD THE SAME DIRT, STERRING WHEEL, BACK OF THIRD ROW SEAT NOT CLEAN, GEAR SHIFT NOT CLEANED. THE ONLY UNTRUTHFUL PERSON HERE IS THIS CAR WASH. THEY DID NOT TRY TO WORK WITH ME. SHE DID NOT EVEN TRY TO LOOK IN MY CAR. SCAAAAMMMMEEERRRRSSSS! TERRIBLE! THEY DON'T DESERVE ANY STARS!

Used to really enjoy this place. Unfortunately, the guy who cleaned the inside of my truck didn't wipe down any of my door panels or center counsel. The outside cleaning was done very well but the inside cleaning was not anything special

Only go here if you like scratches on your car. I just received my brand new 2021 Tahoe Saturday. Came here the following day, Sunday and received the car wash with wax. While waiting several people complained to The cashier about scratches on their vehicle. The cashier lady took their information and said someone will get in contact with you. After my truck is finished, I begin looking over my brand new truck, and noticed a huge deep scratch and a scratch on my doors. Not to mention the interior was horrible, my doors were sprayed and not fully wiped down, and windows still dirty! I immediately took pictures, as my husband went in to get the cashier. She proceeds to come out and take pictures, as well as take down our information. She tells us the manager will be in contact with us Monday. I called Monday, and of course they say the manager isn’t in. I called again today, the person answers put me on hold and I hear him talking to a manager in the background. He then proceeds to tell me the manager just walked out. Obviously this establishment it’s ducking and dodging customers, and they know their old car wash is doing damage, yet they continue to operate. This is unacceptable, and I’m not stopping until this issue is solved!
