Brought in a Pontiac G6 2005 for a wheel alignment. They had to check my car if it had any problems they had to fix for a $40 check up fee. I had a good service, until they tried charging me an OUTSTANDING $945 for the inner tie rod ends, …Before an alignment we check the front end for loose parts and notify the customer. If customer does not want to repair the vehicle we charge 40.00 but customer can use that as a credit on the ALIGNMENT after customer gets parts repaired. Anyone can "align" a car with bad parts on it-it is a total waste of your money. That doesn't mean parts aren't bad. Your alignment will not be correct until the front end is tight. You are driving a car with loose tie rod ends-drive with care. Also, we never charged you for any service but only check out of 40.00 which would be credited toward the alignment. We also do not use Autozone cheap parts that go bad as soon as you put them on. We use quality parts that last. So, if you want to go to a shop that will align a vehicle with bad parts, that is your choice, but it is a waste of your money and your car is not really "ALIGNED"-just in your dreams dude.
