Very professional and prompt. Manager even told me my splash shield was missing from undercarriage before starting. Which was later found out from dealership is was sold without. Otherwise good experience, however more expensive then other Valvoline in area with full synthetic oil change. Though manager did give a discount for first time at that location and again a heads up before service which was cool. Repeat customer in future for they have all the parts needed for a 2020 Kia Sorento unlike Chicago Heights location who tells you they don't have oil filter until after you're in line 30 minutes and in bay.

Never coming to this location again they damaged my vehicle and now I have to get my oil pan replaced due to a drain plug not inserted correctly and they will not take responsibility for the damage this happened on September 3,2021 and I came back September 8 ,2021 to get the issue fixed only to have them get the plug stick in the oil pan itself and wait for them to get it out. Horrible service here I now have to pay out of pocket to fix the issue and I have been going to a different Valvoline for over a year and not have an issue regarding the oil plug at all up until I got to this location in alsip. Never doing service here again. Update on September 17,2021 I was told it would take a couple business days to investigate further for my reimbursement and there has still been no such investigation. Clearly they are trying to give me a run around for damages their employees caused. BUYER BEWARE!!! Do not go to this Valvoline or you will risk damage to your car from the work they do!
