Long lines but they do a great job most times. When I was there Tuesday there was a female employee throwing saturated washcloths or something of that nature that she picked up off the ground and at her coworkers in the back. As I watched it bounce off the side of my truck instead of hitting her coworker I thought that was pretty unprofessional and in bad taste.

We have went here a few times. This occasion my wife brought my vehicle. We wanted full detail inside and out. He told my wife it would have to be dropped off and left over night. I had my 03 wrangler detailed fully inside and out yesterday by Arthur and his team. I can not even describe how amazing it turned out. The attention to detail and communication throughout the whole process was top notch.
