Hello Danitra, I believe you are saying that not getting enough of a good quality product makes you feel cheated. There are factors to pricing that goes with food. Being a manager you may not completely understand how to calculate pricing. The reason why businesses fail because of not pricing a good quality product. Also, you must understand I have a quality supplier that makes sure that I am getting quality products. That's a cost because of all the issues that you can have with refrigeration and just getting food from anywhere we do not do. So, forgive me for wanting the best quality and making sure that you Ms. Dixon, as a consumer that you are protected and given a well thought out portion of food for the price. The definition of being cheated by web dictionary... act dishonestly or unfairly in order to gain an advantage, especially in a game or examination. This business I decided to do was no game. So, quantity makes the consumer appreciate the food????? Not Quality! OK

Not sure if it's owned by him but it is the same restaurant that used to be on 79th and food is still good.
