I’ve gotten 3 tattoos done with Gene at Big Al’s! Every time I’ve never been disappointed! The shop is clean, open, and bright. Gene’s work space is organized and tidy. Everything is extremely sanitary. Gene did a shoulder piece based on my own design and added her own flair to it! She did a small wrist piece with some of the cleanest line work I’ve gotten done! She also did gorgeous, full color on my ankle tattoo that was originally just black and white. I knew I wanted color and I told her to use my ankle like a coloring book! The colors are gorgeous, she added shading to make them pop, and it’s been about a year and the colors are still bright and vibrant! If you’re looking for a good artist at Big Al’s I’d highly recommend Gene!

Stopped by as a walk in today for a nostril piercing for I and a Septum for my girlfriend. This was a repierce for I so it was a breeze, however it was my girlfriends first body piercing. She was nervous but quickly calmed by our piercer. Both piercings were done correctly, cleanly, and quickly. We could not be more thrilled with our results. I did not catch our piercers name but she was a female with longer dark hair and is amazing. The whole staff was friendly and sociable, while my piercing was being performed my girlfriend had been chatting with a staff member like they had been friends forever. We will be back, I recommend this shop strongly they are very very cleanly.

Found this place through mutual friends and it was only 5 minutes from my house. I got a nose piercing and it was super quick, I was in the shop maybe 5 minutes filling out a waiver, paying, and getting pierced. I liked how quick it was and Hershey was super nice and explained everything as it was happening. It’s been a week since my piercing and it’s healing nicely so far, no issues or anything. Only complaint is my fiancé couldn’t come in with me for support since he wasn’t getting pierced. (due to covid) but if you need someone to support you and hold your hand, keep that in mind!

So I got a Medusa piercing here a couple months ago but never posted a review. The lady who did the piercing was kinda rude and just wanted to get it over with as soon as possible. Poor customer service tbh. No mouth rinse was done prior to the piercing (which from all my past experiences were done at different piercing shops). Also, she didn’t do any clean up around my outer lip after the piercing. I was walking around with a pool of blood on my top lip until I got home to clean it myself. One of the worst piercing experiences in my opinion.
