Had 2 suit jackets, pants and a shirt dry cleaned here. They lost my shirt and told me I had already picked it up. No one else knew that the shirt was there. I told the person that I had not received the shirt She had no answer except to say they would call when the shirt was located. That was 10 days ago. No resolution. Poor customer service.

I had my comforter cleaned , as I no longer take clothes due to past issues with my garments being damaged. The cleaning of my comforter was good. My comforter was packaged well for pick up and appeared to have been cleaned. what upset me with this business is the owner told me upon my last review and our telephone discussion initial that he would add a couple of coupons to my account/name in their system. I have since visited twice and no coupons were provided per the woman working on the register. Your word is your word and this owner did not honor his word. I’m not a person looking to get over or prey on discounts but it was offered and hasn’t been honored.

They Ruined my sweater. When I picked up my clothing I noticed one of my sweaters had silver studs all over it. They tried to tell me that's how I brought it in. Fast forward I go back a couple days later well now they have pulled all the silver studs off pulling thread along with it. They folded the sweater over to hide what they have done smh and tried to give it to me like nothing was wrong. The manager agreed to buy me another sweater but because they couldn't find my sweater they gave me a portion of what I paid for the sweater. This isn't the first time I've had an issue with them but it will be the last time. I will never go back to this cleaner
