I’ve drove by this place a few times on my way to laundry basket up the street but today they were too full for me so I decided to come down to busy b. Best decision I’ve made!! Ms.Hattie was ABSOLUTELY warm and welcoming making sure that not only my needs were met but everyone that walked through that door. Not to mention she wasn’t playing about those mask and keeping the establishment clean and tidy which you don’t see at most laundromats which I loved. I can honestly say I loved my experience and will be a returning customer of Busy B.

This laundromat is perfect and a true asset to the community. There are plenty of machines for larger loads, they make paying for your wash and dry very convenient either through an app or cash, the location is clean as well. The attendant is attentive and helpful as well. Truly a hidden gem.

First, I will admit that this is by far the cleanest laundromat I've ever visited. As soon as I walked in, Ms. Hattie saw I only had a small load of clothes, but a $20. She offered to break my change down so I wouldn't have $15 extra dollars in change. She made recommendations on which machines to use based on my load size. Some laundromats can be scary because of weirdos wandering around, but Ms. Hattie doesn't put up with it. She checks everyone as soon as you walk in before allowing you to use any machines. Definitely recommend this location! Even if it is your first time, Ms. Hattie will make you feel like you're a regular 🥰

Wonderful! Ms Hattie is a blessing! She is So sweet & so hospitable. Most Establishments are missing staff members with tenderness and care. She makes a connection with every customer. Outside of Ms Hattie's gold star service, all the machines look new, they work great, very clean, and the machines finish on time! I regret giving 2 yrs of business to the laundry basket up the street. This location is so much better. Bring quarters or cash or be prepared to download an app to pay for machines with a card.
