I wish I could rate this higher. There’s not to many times that I eat something and my eyes widen. I love Hawaiian food and my wife really wanted to come here but I was so full I just wanted something small and would take the rest home. She got the chicken katsu dynamite and I got a poke nachos thinking it would be small…. At first I thought it was a little pricey which I don’t mind paying a lot of money for good food. First off, they give you enough to food to feed a small army! Which pays for its self, secondly the food is soooo good! Idk what they do to that tuna but the poke nachos was so good! Chicken Katsu is one of my favorite dishes and this was amazing! Needles to say even being full I killed all of my poke and ate some of my wife’s katsu… we will be coming back a lot to try everything! You have to check this place out!

Unreal. Great flavor and definitely Hawaiian style portions. We got poke nachos, chicken katsu, poke plate, and Hawaiian nachos- we could have gotten half that and still had leftovers. So much food! Very laid back setting and friendly staff.

Huge portions (will generously feed you for 2-3 meals), friendly staff. Delicious food! They have outdoor seating in the back. Great option for Hawaiian food in the Alberta area. They will also add greens to your order if you ask :).

Haven't been this disappointed with a meal in a long time. I had high hopes and expectations based in their Instagram following and good reviews. I'm not sure what those people experienced but maybe they just have low standards? Cost is insane even given market value costs and shortages. Ono chicken was over breaded and over fried so it was rock hard and it had zero flavor. Rice was over cooked and mushy to the point is was practically paste. Kalua pork was served in a separate container and drowning in the liquid it was cooked in (photo added of the liquid I had to drain off.) It also lacked in any flavor other than salt. The poke tuna was okay but nothing special. Mac salad was bland. Just tasted like mayo, it didn't even have any pepper or anything. Two saving graces were that the staff was very friendly and Salt and Straw ice cream is next door so you can at least make your trip to the neighborhood worth it. Beyond disappointing.

No reservations if you're dining in. You just have to show up early and get a table
It has skin. Cut up thighs with skin on some pieces some without. Great chicken. My friend orders this weekly.
