Great burger!! Perfectly cooked to order and the selection is fun. Our third or fourth time and it has NEVER disappointed. Excellent servers and extremely attentive. Worth the wait too.

Your next pickup is at 840pm??? Are you insane?? That's TWO HOURS from now! Omfg. Get it TOGETHER. Please. Edit: went in just before closing. Got garlic fries. They were fresh and yummy. It wasn't a very long wait. They were just as good by the time I got back to the hotel. Very good mayo sauce. Service was nice and polite. They had to have been very hot to still be fairly warm by the time I got back. Could have drained a bit longer, tho. They were kind of swimming in grease :) Strange to have to ask for ketchup and salt, tho. I wasn't given napkins, either. Maybe ask people if you don't know them...? Wet wipes would have been excellent as these are very greasy. You wouldn't consider that an upside normally, but I didn't find it a bad thing at all.

We thought we'd try this place because the reviews were great. It was literally the worst meal we've ever had eating out. We had a 35 min wait for a table, so we walked around the park until they texted us. Then we waited almost 40 mins after ordering before getting our food (a burger and mac and cheese. The waitress was curt and never came back to check on us. The mac and cheese was dry and extremely bland. My hamburger tasted fine, but was very dry. When we got our bill, I noticed two extra drinks that we hadn't ordered (wine and a cocktail). When the waitress finally came back to take the money, and I told her about it...she didn't even look at the bill to confirm just said my bad and walked off angrily. I thought that was very suspicious. We will not be back.

While traveling through the area I stopped here for a burger and a beer. Making a good burger isn't that tough, and lots of places do that. Making a burger that really stands out is more challenging, but that's exactly what Octave did. One of the best burgers I've had in a long time. And definitely upgrade to the sweet potato tots. Highly recomend this place.
