Cashier's don't pull my basket away from me while I'm needing to get into my purse to put my wallet away in front of basket. You know who you are so treat your customer like you would want to be treated if you had a purse in your basket! Also, don't place groceries on top of my purse!!!! Blonde older lady cashier at Merrillville store always does this and I quit going through her lane.

Like to shop here first. then go to other food stores , if I don't find an item , but they been having some cute shoes and kitchen items .

I just want to say watch your receipts and check them this is the second time they have tried and charged me a lot of money for one item. The first visit the woman put 70 dollars for one bread. The second time I went a different women put 30 for one lunch meat. This was two different times months apart. I count all my food while I shop so I know how much it's going to be or how much it should be around so they are messing with the wrong one. They probably steal from a lot of people here. I'm shopping at Walmart from now on.

This could be the best grocery store chain. It is owned by the same company that owns Trader Joe's. The quality of the fresh foods is outstanding and the selection is great. We have done blind taste tests on a number of Aldi brand products versus name brand products and 90% of the time the Aldi brand wins. There are also special deals that come and go, which are frequently enticing. Prices are lower than most other chains. My first choice for groceries.
