That is the most disgusting Italian beef sandwich I’ve ever had for $ 8.00 . Where the hell’s the beef. You lost my business.

1 star review is solely based on service. The food was great as always. We were seated and never had a waitress greet the table. After 10 minutes, asked if we had a server. Finally got greeted and waitress gave apology of sorry we rotate didnt know I got sat, although she greeted the table right behind us that were seated after us. Waitress was less than personable, "just what do you want to order". When paying the bill, made comment to hostess that service was really poor this evening. Hostess didn't care and made no apology, just wanted to move on to the next person. Will think a second before going back in for sit down service!

I found this little place while out driving around on a Sunday afternoon. Came in around noon and was seated right away. The waitress took my drink order, but didn't tell me about the specials or ask if I was interested in an appetizer. C'est la vie. My Moscow mule arrived shortly thereafter and was cold and refreshing. I ordered the shrimp scampi appetizer (a special according to the board) and the fettuccine Alfredo with grilled chicken. The salad came promptly. It was crisp and fresh and appropriately sized. While I was happily crunching away the scampi was delivered. The shrimp smelled wonderful and came with a chunk of baguette for dunking. The shrimp were well sized and cooked perfectly, but the overall dish was a little under seasoned, however a dash of salt fixed it easily. Near the end of the appetizer the fettuccine was brought to the table. The dish was piping hot and the Alfredo sauce was perfectly rich and thick. I have been to many Italian restaurants were the sauce is very thin, not the case here. The pasta dish was a little conservatively seasoned as well, but again a small dash of salt and it was spot on. Overall I enjoyed the experience here. The service was prompt and courteous, the dishes were fresh, presented pleasantly. I will certainly stop by again in my way through town.

They're ok, they USED to be WAY better when they first move to their new collection unfortunately as of lately their quality has been suffering. It may be because they've established a name for themselves. So people still go and think they'll have the old Cappos. The crust has gotten thinner, sort of paper thin. This has been about the 3rd time that I order the breadsticks and YET again come plain or halfway dressed with some butter and a few sprinkles of parmesan. The lady refused to take them back and add butter and cheese so she gave me 4packets of parmesan cheese to add to the breadsticks. The pizza has been cold and so have their sandwiches also. So far it's ok, mediocre ok. Still pretty pricey though not worth the money anymore but they keep Upping the prices on yhe items.
