The (new?) African American woman is very slow. I didn't get her name but she was on shift in the drive through at about 6:13 PM on Saturday, May 14. I spent about 2 minutes waiting for her to be ready to take my order, and then she proceeded to forget an order detail I had to repeat to her a few times because she couldn't hear me. Not that big a deal, it happens sometimes. Upon reaching the window I see her standing around, doing nothing, meanwhile I see someone in my mirror waiting for their order to be taken. She takes out her phone and browses around for a bit, then gives me my drink, and I'm off, slightly annoyed and appalled by her blatant misconduct and disregard for customers. I drive away and see that the person behind me still is at the speaker, not talking and patiently waiting.

This is the lowest I can leave to write a review. O have been coming for a couple weeks now because I am new to the area. I asked for what I always drink and the lady either didn't hear me or whatever the case may be. I went on to let them know I would like it re made. The girl Genesis asked what it was and said oh you have to specify what you want. I have drank the same thing from Starbucks for years, I know how to specify my order. She re made it and it was practically just milk. It wasn't worth the drama to go back in. Genesis was extremely rude and I will not come back to this location again. There are others in the area. I am sorry but I am paying for a drink and all I ask is that it's made correctly. Such a shame and a bad experience with this location. Customer service education should be reiterated among staff from management.

If you like your drink made wrong this is the place to go. On the other hand Jay is very nice but the girl with the red braids made my drink wrong twice and was not happy with me when I asked to fix it when I was in the store

I go here all the time! There is always a long line and it’s definitely for the awesome customer service! They always get my drink right they are always super friendly and they are very personable! I had terrible customer service at another Starbucks and wanted to leave this one a really good review because they do such a great job every single time I’m there
