This place is great! Very clean, and managed well. I have a unit here and their price is more reasonable than the surrounding Storage places. Office staff is always helpful and kind. Yes, I'd recommend this place!

Facility is clean and safe. Gate hours are convenient. Fees are insane. I wouldn't recommend. My younger brother has a storage here. He's disabled and recently out of a job, I tried helping with his storage and I'm in the process of transferring to my name. I asked if it were possible to get a one time courtesy of fees be waived and was denied and told the fees were required by law. I'm not an attorney but that sounds questionable. If you're late you basically have a fee added every week i.e. late fees, pre-lien fee, lien fee. I've never heard of so many fees within 30 days and I've had other storages. While we don't anticipate to pay late sometimes life happens.

This place could get three, maybe even FOUR STARS if it weren't for the horrific customer service by the so-called facility manager LOUSY, LOUDMOUTH LISA. Continually RUDE to each and every long-time and potential customer that makes the mistake of coming into their office during weekdays. Do yourself a BIG favor, either be sure to ONLY visit the office on weekends when LURKING LISA is away... OR... take your business elsewhere. You'll be much happier if you're never in contact with such a mean-spirited, WRETCHED SOUL which resides in the body of LYING LISA ~ she truly is the embodiment of EVIL. Someone, anyone please call an EXHORCIST, the DEVIL walks the Earth Monday thru Friday in Norco at AntiChrist Mini-Stewage!!

Worst experience ever ! My husband went to our unit to pack up our things because we just bought a house . Rat feces was found all over our boxes . It looks like a rat tore into one of our space bags where our clothes were stored in and to top it off there was a dead rat on our couch ! Our $800 couch is now ruined and thrown in the trash . We were not planning on buying a brand new couch esp since we're first time home buyers and didn't need the added expense. We weren't sure about our bed because the bag it was in was opened. Worst experience ever ., so disgusting. I will never rent a unit from this place again because they have a rat infestation. It sucks you put your belongings in storage , just for your items to be ruined !
