Booked a room with 2 queen beds and sent to a room with one bed Inquired at the desk and they said they dont have anymore 2 bed rooms Just very a matter of fact. The rooms are clean and the hotel is well maintained. However on the downside the breakfast is horrific. Microwave soggy uneatable food. The host said sorry they shorted us on waffles so we are out. I was told that the manager would call me but that hasn't happened. This hotel clearly has leadership issues

We booked for one night, stayed for two because we loved the place. The rooms were spacious and clean, the hotel beautiful, and the staff super friendly. A special shout out to Ariel who checked us out, and Charlie and another woman (didn't get her name) who worked the breakfast. Everyone was exceptional. We will be back.

My parents and I spent one night here in June of 2020, and while things were limited because of that, I really do appreciate the hotel for trying, and they certainly tried very well! There was no continental breakfast, but we were given a little doggy bag filled with enough breakfast items to make up for it! The gym and pool were closed though. We very much enjoyed the room, as it was very spacious with two separate bedrooms, and a large living room.

Stayed at RIMW for a couple of nights. Nice two-room suite. We’ll kept. Breakfast was at standard for Marriott Residence Inn. Required additional towels sets. Great location for restaurants and stores.
