I lived here since the spring of 2005. Very nice and simple neighborhood. Never really had any major issues. I have no complaints. Looking forward to new changes with the new owners and management.

It depends on which apartment you wind up with the possibility of renting. If it is a smaller apartment and the previous tenant was awesome and kept the apartment clean and damage free then probably between 1,050-1,200. If the apartment is larger and previous tenants were terrible causing damage requiring renovations then it could be up to 1,450, maybe a little more, but I think the most expensive 2 bedroom 2 bath apartments here is as cheap as a 1 bedroom studio apartment, maybe cheaper, anywhere else

We just recently had a bit of a management change so if you call the new manager phone number then you should have better luck getting the knowledge you seek

2 bedrooms only
I do not believe there are any studios, but the largest/most expensive apartments here are about as cheap or cheaper than any studio apartments I've seen anywhere else. Price range from cheapest to most expensive apartments is approximately $900-1,450 depending on if the current tenants have been living there for a while, take care of the apartment, and do not plan on moving out any time soon, or if the previous tenants trashed the apartment causing renovations to be necessary increasing the rent amount that would be set for it

We have single story 2 bedroom 1 bath apartments as well as 2 story 2 bed 2 bath. The most expensive apartment here, I believe approximately $1,450 give or take about $50, which costs about the same as 1 bedroom studio apartment anywhere else that I have seen
