Typical Jimmy John's...and that is not a bad thing. Fast food made correctly. Tasty and delicious. We've been here a few times and will be back! Also, their Cherry Coke is beyond perfect. Not sure how they are mixing it or what but man, it is good.

I wish I could give zero stars! Mike Daly, the general manager was extremely rude and unprofessional when I just spoke with him at 3:30 pm about an error on my Giant #16 sandwich. He hung up on me because he couldn’t answer my question and then blamed it on a phone issue. When I called back he acted as if he couldn’t remember the conversation we just had. My sandwich was not made correctly. I did not notice until I opened it later in the day when I was preparing my lunch for work. He even had the audacity to ask me what type of work I do, which was not warranted. A simple problem that could have been handled professionally has now escalated into a bigger problem. When I asked for corporate numbers he got smug and said “sure” then proceeded to tell me he couldn’t find it. I am disgusted at his actions and seriously doubt I will continue to be a customer if this type of treatment continues. The respect and politeness I gave him was NOT reciprocated. I will be certain to make others aware of this locations general managers unprofessionalism.

No integrity! Yes I waited about an hour for my food. I was understanding. Then they took it to the wrong house fine it happens. I called to check on my order and they had the nerve to tell me they would go to the wrong house and pickup my order and bring it to me! Excuse me! You want to bring me food that someone else went through! I left instructions on where exactly to leave my order. And they had the nerve to tell me the other address had the same setup! So I went to the house they said they delivered, they didn’t have the same area to drop off food. Don’t lie and then try to make it my fault. I was understandable that mistakes happen I even went to pick up my order in person. My order was over $50 I asked for nothing but to take off the delivery fee and they made a big deal about that! I asked for manager/corporate info and they didn’t have it! Really!? If you are going to be trusted to make food for the public then have some integrity!

So disappointed in this store, it's service and the lack of care for their jobs. 1) my cookie was old and hard 2) none of the edits on my sandwich were made... did not have mayo and was not cut in half 3) guy that delivered was short and unpleasant
