If you make your reservations online and open an account you'll do great. Just walking in will be more of a challenge. They also have you check the unit out on your own and photo document any damage, mileage or fuel levels you don't agree with.

Second time dealing with this guys and the wors cust services. They don't even care went a customer are outside waiting for drop off .. the guy with the moustache is the wors always answering with attitude hi don't put attention went you are at the front desk

The general manager is amazing and so is the staff. Very helpful and on top of everything despite the constant traffic of people!

Poor customer service, unprofessional. I thought i was invisible, but I was actually ignored. The manager/operator does not acknowledge the customer's presence and does not value the customer's time. Imagine this... I returned the truck and the manager cleaned it first and park it before giving me the receipt. He never spoke a word other than "leave the keys". Really? I would never come back to this uhaul location again. By the way, you cannot park your car here. I was glad i used uber instead. i recommend Town Rent a Car Uhaul Neighborhood at Rosecrans Ave, Bellflower. Huge parking space, friendly operator and has a ginune neighborhood smile.
