Over a 20 min wait for drive thru and food was average. The machine that takes money & delivers food was not working. The young man working had to stand outside and take payment from customers. He took it inside the store and brought food back. He was very respectful and apologietic for slow service. I commend him for his patience & customer service despite the situation with the store.

This use to be a great location, I’m not sure what happened today. I was given old curly fries that tasted like the grease hadn’t been changed. The chicken breast strips were old, hard, and cold on my Chicken Cheddar Ranch the cheese wasn’t melted, and there was no Peppercorn ranch sauce anywhere on the sandwich (this was my whole purpose for buying the sandwich). I ordered a Beef N Cheddar as a backup just in case and it was the only thing edible. Such a waste of money…not to mention I had a very long wait time so you would think my food would’ve been fresh. These are the reasons I cook at home 80-90% of the time.

Ordered beef n cheddar plain bun, 4 piece mozzarella stick and a coke... What I got, beef n cheddar no red ranch on an onion bun 3 mozzarella sticks and flat coke... Tried calling since I was home before I saw and no one answered. This location used to be spot on but lately it's gone down hill bad... Even though I love Arby's I don't think I'll be going back

They had their drive thru down and the computer wasn't cooperating but the ladies did a wonderful job. Thank you. Everything was delicious! You guys did great!
