I give it one star only because my message won't post. If not it would get zero. Worst customer service i ever had at any restaurant i have ever been too. Manager had an attitude and refused to give me a 4 piece with all thighs. Location is dirty and old. Definitely not the restaurant that its website picture shows. Building and employee attitudes need to be bulldozed and started anew.

Usually have had great experiences with this location but recently I ordered some tenders and they were very dry and tasted over cooked, fries were over cooked. I just ordered a plain chicken sandwich combo and the sandwich came with the spicy Mayo and the bun was stale. Seems like corporate really needs to help this location out

I don’t understand people who gave only one star. This place is always busy, but all employees are trying their best to serve customers, even if they are being so rude to them. Be nice and try to understand employees situation. It is not that hard to understand they are short staffed, so just be patient! Mistakes sometimes happened but it is understandable when is rush hour. They always fix my order like it should be! They don’t have to be open if there is only two employees at the store which is almost everyday like that, but they are trying to be open for you! I can only imagine how hard it has to be for a young man who work every day from open till close - 7 days per week! It is almost 100h/week! And dealing with angry/rude customers every single day. Show a little respect for those who show up and giving a meal for your family! I can only say thank you for a great service and the best experience at this location!

Worst Popeyes ever. Meals are only correct about 50% of the time. They don’t even maintain their posted hours! Went 8/23 at 5:45. Dining area closed. Sign on the speaker, handwritten said “Closed until 5”. Employee says over the speaker they will be opening at 6. Went again today - sat in the drive thru for 15 minutes before I got to the speaker and was notified thru an employee on the speaker that the location is only taking mobile orders. Used to go to this Popeyes at least once a week. And these last two visits have made the experience horrendous. I refused to order today and will not be returning. I hope more people agree. This location needs a full overhaul of its staff. Know that you, as a specific location, have lost a lot of customers due to your inconsistency and horrible customer service. Very disappointed as this location has drastically downgraded.
