This is a nice quiet RV park. Most of the residents appear to be traveling tradespeople. The pool doesn't get a lot of use as most of the residents try to work on the weekends. It is relatively expensive but, then, all forms of lodging in the Santa Clara Valley are expensive.😐

We have experienced a very warm welcome from the manager and the maintenance guys. They really care about the residents. The facility it kept in excellent condition. Thanks to the manager Martin. Our new neighbors are very friendly, and they have jumped in to help us. We are new RV / tiny home residents here, we can say if your looking for a clean, safe, friendly and caring RV community this park is a two thumbs up..

I live here for over a year i love this place is nice,clean neighbors are nice if you looking for a long term this is the right place the manager is very nice respectful person and the maintenance guy always keeps the park in good shape thanks trailer tel.

Been here for about 8yrs. Although outside the park hasany homeless (it's getting better) inside the park is a totally different world. Clean safe quiet. management is one of the best I have every experience .

There's a waiting list, call office. Nice place.
Long waiting list for a good reason, management is consistently doing a great job, the facilities are always clean and maintained. We've been there for 10 years, NEVER a problem. If a tenant isn't complying with policies and rules, they're not there for long. It's soooo simple living there, the policies are set in place for the enjoyment and safety for everyone. Get your name on the waiting list. And one note, for anyone who doesn't like rules and policies, don't bother.
Theres a list to get in the park. Rent is 1,500 per month.
Rent 1050+ electrical. 4-6 month wait , but if you bug him every 2 weeks you might have a better shot .
1050 a month plus electricity. You can stay as long as you want. Currently there are about 30 people on the list waiting for a space
No problem. The hard part is getting a space. Always a waiting list.
