Food was amazing I ain’t gonna lie. It’s def a mom and pop shop which usually has a more authentic taste. The only thing I didn’t like was the waiting…. Everyone I front of me and behind me got their food and after waiting for about 20 min or so it seemed…. I go up to the counter and my order was just sitting by its lonesome self….. good thing the food was in the white containers and was kept warm.

This is the most authentic Puerto Rican spot ever since Humboldt Park got gentrified and local restaurants were almost pushed out. They got the best Carne Fritas, Arroz con Gandules, and Alccapurias. The look on this place gives it that "Family kitchen" vibes so you know it's gonna be good.

The best puerto rican restaurant in the City by far. We usually do pick up when ever we are in the city. The rice and the arquepurias are amazing! The jabarito sandwich is amazing as well! We have ordered Murcia as well and its amazing! Will continue to come here as my spot for delicious puerto rican food. Customer service is as well amazing ! Arroz con gandules is also a must plate!

Small family restaurant. Love the Jibaritos here. They have chicken, pork, and beef Jibaritos. The chicken Jibarito is awesome! The Puerto Rican rice is so so not awful but not out of this world. You get sliced French bread with butter as a table appetizer. Service is great. Waitress is fast and friendly. Parking is Chicago side street parking a small area in front is paid parking.
