Ordered over the phone and they messed up I drove for pickup and waited there more than 20minutes to make me new customers service is bad they even didn't say anything no apology I will stop ordering from them

So after years of my kids enjoying dominos pizza we finally have to throw in the towel! So I always order pizza online to get points and which I got a free pizza, only to find that they have taken the money out of my account but no order was received, I call the store to explain what happened the first person was non helpful and explained that I would get money back in 5 to 7 business days, as a single mom who's trying to feed her kids this was just a wash for me! Why do I have to call a number to get my money back they took? No thank you will get 7/11 pizza! Beware of the money takers

For a Domino's this is a very nice location/franchise. Every driver I have had is friendly. I use the "online tracker" and it is very convenient for knowing when your pizza will arrive. Even if a driver has forgotten an item, they usually come right back with it. The food is as fresh and hot when it arrives,
