Great gym and a great staff - John and Drew have a passion for fitness and it resonates. I have left 2 different gyms over the past 4 years because of how crowded they become. Not a problem at Elite Strength and Fitness. This modestly sized gym provides you with everything you need to meet your fitness needs/ I would highly recommend John as a personal trainer. He will help you achieve your goals but doesn’t push you to the point of injury or so much soreness that you are miserable for the next week. 5 Stars.
