ILWU Locals 13, 63, 94 held there "Bloody Thursday" cookout in the park today. There was music, games, food & drinks for the longshore members both past & present with family and friends. It was a wonderful day.

Lovely park. Has enough space for eating, recreational activities and attractions. It helps that it is right by the water, and also has amazing trees 🌳 to provide shade in this hot summer. I had good time.

I love this park. It's one of the most beautiful places around. It's great for picnics, walking, or lounging around. In the mornings, you can even see peacocks in the nearby neighborhoods.

Great spot to watch the sunset. Walk your dog. Playground for kids to use. Bathrooms 🚻 open for public use. Tables to have a snack or lunch with a friend.

I tried planning a wedding there, you have to apply with Los Angeles County.
I don't remember seeing a place to bbq,but I'm sure if you brought a hibachi or something you could. Plenty of room

Yes You're more than welcome to. While we were walking around I seen many families enjoyed their memorial weekend with barbecues and flying kites.

Ist come 1st serve.. Arrive early as there are not very many tables.. Some are actually along the shore and over looking the ocean
