Whoever the manager was on Sunday night (9pm) who stepped in to help his workers move the line quicker. You are doing a great job and deserve some respect. I hope you get a nice fat paycheck for what you did. i work just like you; just keep it in moderation so you don’t burn out. The world needs more people like you. God bless

I Mobile Ordered, as I usually do, and was very disappointed in how much food I got. I even opted to select the “extra option” for the lettuce, cheese, and rice, but you tell me if that looks “extra”. You know you’re not getting what you paid for today when you can see BOTH ends of the bottom of the Bowl. The food was fine, and the order was made correctly, but I cannot get over the fact of how little food I received.

This is what you get if you order online with them. We ordered 2 quesadillas with rice, corn, sour cream and it usually goes with guacamole on a side, but we get only rice with it. Quesadilla looks like someone sit on it. When called on the phone they stated that they don’t see our order in the system. Very disappointed, not coming back for sure.

My boyfriend goes there almost everyday. He encountered a rude employee that did not do what he asked. He usually gets a big burrito, so it requires 2 tortilla wraps. My bf asked him if he can wrap it one time then wrap the other tortilla last so it can secure the burrito. The employee said “No” and didn’t care. Gave it to my bf super messy and barely wrapped. He also asked for more corn and the guy did not give him extra corn. (That’s not the problem, but the problem is the employee was rude and in such a hurry for no reason). Thank you for being so rude to him. He will never come back to this chipotle ever again. The picture of the burrito explains it all..
