I'd appreciate it if they update the hours. It says on here that they are open. Turn out due to staffing shortage they close at 3. Yeah thats it im never coming back here ill go to the one by Northbrook.

Food is always great, store is always clean and everyone is great. I’m writing this review though about the kind workers who returned my wallet to me after I dropped it outside of the store when I was in a rush back to work. They went out of their way to try and find me on Facebook and make sure it made its way back to. I want to say thank you above all for that kindness. Superstar team. Highly recommend all around. So grateful to the whole team for making it happen! ❤️

Tried it finally after having the real authentic stuff. Anyway rice was good, the sauces were yummy. The filafel was good but kinda over cooked. The meat could use a little bit more flavor but the sauces help there. Any way not bad.

Most disgracelly franchise of Naf Naf grill.They don't have manner to treat the customers. I am planning to sue them for being rude and uncourtious . If they plan to shut the store by 8 than they should not allow any customer after 7. Once customer is inside which we were by 7.30 . They were in such a rush that we got stale fries. We asked for 2 palates of veg feast we got only 1 palate of salad and hummus. When we asked for second they said we are closed and the lady did not ask for one in a very loud and rude manner. Most annoying staff. When we were leaving the store they were blabbering behind our back and we're just trying to push us. Horrible customer service. The manager has to teach them simple customer service manners to the staff . Hope the management is making anote of it. Most horrible franchise of naf naf grill.
