We waited for about 20 minutes before somebody took our order. then we waited an hour and a half with no food. People who came after us got their food before us. we told our waiter and she said she had to ask her manager. Manager was high and told us our food got “lost in the sauce” and they didn’t even start making it. We were about to leave but he said it would be 7-8 minutes for our food to get there so we stayed. It took about 10 minutes to bring out one plate and the next minutes after. it took about another 30 minutes for all of our food to arrive. They also forgot to give us 2 things we ordered. Never got them because the manager went into the parking lot to smoke. Worst experience I’ve ever had at a restaurant.

The service was good. That was it. Literally, out of so much on the menu. We felt bad when the server had to give us the list of "we don't haves". We ordered and then they had to return and apologize once again because they were unable to fulfill. Cocktails took forever. Meals came out slowly and one by one with cold food presented. The management and cook team should be ashamed of what they are doing to the staff that is at the forefront.

Nice location! A lot of parking and was not very busy for dinner time. Service was great and fast! The margaritas were delicious! Would totally recommend getting the Deep Eddy. Food was great, the mushroom burger was juicy and had a lot of ingredients. What was not as good as the rest was the chips, no flavor at all. The red sauce that comes with it is good but we ordered guacamole with it as well and it wasn't fresh. I did ask if they make it in the restaurant or if it is prepackaged but our server did not know. Guacamole was definitely darkened and uneven. Might have been just this day, but something to keep in mind when ordering.

I was told I have to scan a qr code to get a food menu to even order. This is quiet possibly the worst decision I've ever heard of. They are busy and it took us 45 minutes to get our food.. which I understand being short staffed, however after that 44 minute wait I was given a completely burnt burger. So now I have to wait even longer, but I don't mind waiting for food. Having said all that, the food is good and the atmosphere is friendly. Things happen and people make mistakes. The food was good and the staff was friendly. Mistakes happen and I enjoyed myself.
