Stopped in with 5 friends for an afternoon snack after graduation. Needed somewhere cool to sit for just a bit before our dinner reservations at 5PM. The restaurant was empty so it worked out just fine. Everyone working there was super sweet.

They were confused because I wanted a receipt, one wasn't offered I had to ask, then I was asked if I could wait for a receipt. Really? I had to wait for the food (not a bad wait) but then the next customer was handed a receipt and didn't have to ask.

It's really disappointing when your town only has so many fast food establishments and McDonalds is always a let down. I know what you are thinking... if you don't like it then go somewhere else but it's the point of the matter. It's simple mistakes that makes the biggest impacts. Ask for 2 ranches for nuggets, get 1. Leave and realize you have no napkins for 3 meals that you just ordered, or or ordered a 6 piece nugget, get 5 nuggets. I really believe employees need to be trained better to service customers and pay attention to the details for quality. Basically just care more... here is the picture of the deluxe chicken sandwich I ordered last night..smh

Ordered the newer mushroom swiss meal,food was cold,so cold the swiss cheese wasn't even melted. Frys were cold. Seriously McDonald's either hire good caring employees or dont be in business.
