While the room was fine the rest of the experience at this hotel was subpar. Booked us at a rate that included breakfast. Then charged us a higher rate. And getting breakfast was like pulling teeth. Lady that runs the food court was difficult to deal with. Had to pick from a few selected options. Wasn’t allowed to pick a small carton of milk only milk poured from an open carton into a glass was offered. Finally just said eff it and went out to breakfast. The WORST part however was the parking at this hotel. They offer parking spots and shuttle service to people who are flying out of Ohare. So there are pretty much zero parking spots available to guests. It’s a joke finding anywhere to park there. There are people parked all around the roundabout by the front door. People parallel parked all along the outside curb of parking lot. Not sure how a fire truck would even get in there. We heard the front desk tell people multiple times that this was just an unusually busy week. Probably the same line they use every week!

Booked this hotel on parksleephotel.com where it stated the shuttle ran 24 hours a day. When we arrived from Wisconsin during a snow storm we we told no way did it state that anywhere the shuttle was 24/7 and they only run from 730a-9p which our flight leaves at 730a and we would have to take a Uber. I showed the women at the front desk the website and she made an excuse how her manager is shocked that how hotel is even on the website and they offered one for me to cancel my reservation now and for me to find another hotel or for $20 off my reservation. Then told me my manager isn’t able to speak to me as they aren’t in for the “next few days.” Even though I seen them in the office. This was a terrible excuse and a terrible experience at the beginning of my trip down to Florida for a funeral for loved ones.

I stayed for one night before flying out of O'Hare. The indoor pool was way too cold for my kids to swim in, but the lobby was very nice and had lots of seating options for us to sit and visit. The shuttle bus didn't start early enough to take me to the airport, but I was able to leave my car at the hotel for $10/day and the shuttle back after my trip was very accommodating. He even called me to make sure I didn't miss his last shuttle. Would definitely recommend staying here!

The lobby was spacious and had updated technology, beautiful hotel. Really friendly and nice staff. The elevator seems old and made alot of creaks and noise. The room was great! Very big and even had a balcony. Very soft/comfortable bed. Didn't like the pillows. Everything was clean and organized. The area was safe and for the most part quiet. I heard the airplanes all night long, so I would recommend bringing earplugs. But my daughter and I felt extremely safe and very comfortable in this hotel!! Would absolutely recommend it!

I don't remember you would have to call the hotel and see
Yes, they have a kitchen with some breakfast options like eggs and French Toast. They also have a mini Starbucks in the hotel.
