I would give this operation zero stars if I could! Horrendous customer service! They canceled my scheduled test and provided zero recourse, except for offering me a local testing date MONTHS out. I now have to travel and take time off from work at my own expense due to their incompetence. Also, don't expect customer service to be of any assistance! They continually hand you off to new phone numbers and they are foreign-based and incredibly difficult to communicate with. This company is a JOKE!
