I brought my laptop in because of a damaged screen on a Thursday. The part was ordered that day, and I was able to take my laptop with me to continue working until the part arrived. When it arrived on Tuesday, I brought my laptop in. It only took them about 2 hours to complete the repair. Amazing customer service and my screen looks great.
