Had a pleasant time at the Dakota Park Apartments. Management was very, very, accommodating and understanding. The only problem was the locks used on the front door would always seem to jam but this was an easy fix. Heating and water work well, air conditioning too.

I loved living at the Dakota Park Apartments. The staff was quick to respond to my maintenance requests and seemed reasonable in other issues. Great place. Has a very nice pool area and the underground parking is definitely a plus. Only downside for my boyfriend and I though is we’ve been living here for a little over three months and our call box has not been set up. I’ve called three separate times and get told that they’ll pass it on to Maintenence but I never get a follow up call and my call box is still not set up. Kind of irritating having to go downstairs to let people in every time we have company over and it feels like we are getting ignored about it at this point. After reading reviews it seems we aren’t the only ones who’ve been ignored by maintenance. Other than that though I am happy with the place.Thank you for your positive star rating, Jara! We're glad to hear that you're enjoying your overall stay, especially when it comes to our community pool and underground parking. As for your maintenance concerns, our goal is always to provide maintenance services in a timely manner, regardless of high volume. We are sorry this has not been your experience. We loved living at Dakota Park Apartments. It was peaceful, well kept, fast maintenance, good facilities (swimming pool, sauna, work out room) and had friendly staff. We had no problems during our 21 month stay. We had a corner apartment that had a lot of windows and was very quiet. The snow removal was very good. Loved the underground heated garage.Sky, thank you kindly for sharing your experience with us.
