Service was excellent. The lady was able to add extra nicotine to the two bottles of juice I bought, because they only had low Mugabe they were my favorite flavors. I would recommend to any vapers out there. Price for my two 60ml bottles was $40.

These boys/girls have been super helpful when I've been learning to build my own coils. I've gotten multiple free demonstrations on how to build. That's exactly what you need when you're a beginner. I've been going to them since they first opened, and while there has been a rotation of staff, they've all been very helpful to the variety of people I've seen waited on while I perused the menu. Definitely worth a visit if you're interested in learning something about vaping.

Overall great and knowledgeable staff, who always try to look out for the customer's best interest. They enjoy what they do, and they're good at it. But most of all, they don't jerk around the customer. When you go in looking for something, they don't try to upsell you. They always do their best to shoot for your personal needs and wants, which can be difficult in a market totally governed by personal preference. Every time I go in, I genuinely feel that - when a staff member asks, "What can I do for you?" or "How can I help you, today?" - I am going to be looked out for.

I had never been to this shop before because I never noticed it until now but i'm sure glad I did! I came in the afternoon some time early last week and the lady who helped me seemed very well educated on everything and didn't mind at all that I wanted to test a bunch of flavors. The store was clean and the music wasn't blaring. (a few stores in the area could take notes) I'll definately be back for the variety and awesome customer service!
