Not a place to take ur car. Unless u want a bad service, people that works there don't care. Be aware of the place. It's a shame for Pep boys to have people like that, they bring bad reputation

Terrible. Came in yesterday to get a tire with a nail patched, but the wait was over 3 hours. The tire went flat, and I made an appointment to repair the next morning. I was told it would cost $20 and would take 30-40 minutes. A full hour and 20 minutes later, I went to check on it, and was told they hadn’t even started working on it. They then suggested I replace all the tires for $1k+ (more than the dealership charges). The entire process took well over 2 hours and ended up costing $200+ more than it should have. I also witnessed someone who had made a diagnostics appointment get turned away because their diagnostic technician was out for the week (but apparently still taking appointments). Never again.

Always great service here! Oil change was less than $50! Much better service than Jiffy Lube. Longer wait but worth it for me.
