Had to be the worst haircut I ever had even after picking the stylist that had the highest reviews. You agree on a length and she keeps cutting and fixing until there is no hair left. Fading was patchy too.

Friendly staff and great service. The only big issue is that some staff members I feel rush to get you in and out which makes people feel uncomfortable. Also makes it hard to tell them they my have missed a spot or that something with the hair don't seem right.

This was my skins fault. It wasn’t the stylist digging her cutters into my neck. No no no not at all. In fact I was asked to leave when I took my mask off to complain about the blood oozing from my neck. Stay away from places with now hiring signs. Cause you may end up with someone who don’t know how to use their tools properly yet. Management wasn’t any help at 1st. In fact she was making matters worse. I’ve called corporate twice. No call back as of yet. In fact my fist review was removed. So I’m here on my work break writing another one. That alone should tell you something. Oh btw this is my FIRST REVIEW EVER. I’m not a complainer, normally. However to be told that this was MY FAULT. Stylist took ZERO ownership over her flaws. Stay away from here unless you want a free coupon for a haircut. Cause that’s what I left with. Ps. Also left the lady who butchered me a cash tip.
