I got my car stolen .. when the vehicle was recovered I had wires hanging everywhere and a hole in my dash from where my car stereo had been stolen from. After getting some outrageous quotes from other shops in the area I called car audio creations.. they gave me hands down the best price out of every shop I called I’m Redmond and bend.. we’re talkin amp, deck, wires, they even traded in my deck for me to a upgraded Bluetooth one from there preowned no charge. And best of all I did everything same day.. everywhere else was booked out 2 weeks-a month.. but they did mine same day I called! And had it done fast. Thanks for ur awesome customer service guys! All smiles here my system sounds great! I’ll be coming back in this week to have my other vehicle hooked up!

Best place to get your stereo worked on. They did my car in just a few hours. They also do tint, remote starts, LED lighting, Etc. They do amazing work for great prices. The manager and his coworker were extremely helpful getting the stereo installed in my 1997 Mustang GT when i just showed up at 4pm (without an appointment). I was throwing questions at him about the horrible things i saw on youtube about the Mach 460 factory stereo and not once did he get confused. They made sure i got all the features i wanted and they even made sure to show me how to make the system sound better. Outstanding customer service! Thank you very much guys!

SOLD ME BROKEN AUDIO EQUIPMENT AND HAVE NEVER SEEN THE REFUND... READ BELOW.... I bought some pre owned audio equipment from the owner here and he personally promised me it would work or he would refund me my money. Well after spending even more money at soundsfast in Bend to diagnose why it didn't work they found the equipment he sold me was blown. I thought well at least Car Audio Creations will refund me so I'm only out the diagnosis fee. I took it back to them and he wrote down my information to send me a check in the mail since he didn't have any cash to refund me. I waited 3 weeks before I called them saying I haven't received the check. He told me his bookkeeper was out for vacation and just got back the day I called so he'd have them send it out right away. That was about 2 1/2 weeks ago so I'm just chalking that up to they need the money more than I do apparently and they keep just blowing off sending out the refund. I generally don't leave negative reviews because 1 persons experience isn't how the next person's experience is always going to be. How ever if these are some of the ways they run their business then just let the money they got from me go as the warning to find any other place for your needs.
